Svetlana Filippova

Illustrator, animator and filmmaker Svetlana Filippova graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Kazakhstan State University in 1991 and from the Higher School of Scriptwriters and Filmmakers in Moscow in 1997. She was a student of great masters of Russian animation such as Fiodor Khitruk, Yuri Norstein and Andrei Khrzhanovsky. He works with painting, graphic design, lithography and animation. Regularly participates in various film festivals, art and book exhibitions in Russia and abroad. His films have been awarded awards at the most important international festivals, including the KROK Festival. For his illustrations for Liudmila Ulitskaia's book of stories, he received the first prize from the Association of Graphic Arts Artists. Among his illustrated books, the illustrations of the novel Tchevengur (ed. Vita Nova and ed. Ars et Vita), the collection Alamedas Escuras (ed. Vita Nova and ed. Ars et Vita), among others, can be highlighted.

Irineu Franco Perpetuo is a journalist and translator. Co-author, with Alexandre Pavan, of Populares & Eruditos (Editora Invenção, 2001), and author of Cyro Pereira – Maestro (DBA Editora, 2005) História Concisa da Música Clássica Brasileira (Alameda Editorial, 2018), How to Read the Russians (However, 2021, second place in the National Library Award, Literary Essay category – Mário de Andrade Award) and the audiobooks História da Música Clássica (Livro Falante, 2008), Alma Brasileira: A Trajetória de Villa-Lobos (Livro Falante, 2011) and Chopin: The Piano Poet (Speaking Book, 2012). Emilie Geneviève Audigier

Emilie Geneviève Audigier is a translator and teacher. Currently assistant professor of French Literature at the Federal University of Maranhão, working in the Postgraduate Course in Literature and the Undergraduate Course in French Literature. Directs the VERSA literary translation research and extension center. PhD in the field of literary translation (Université Aix-Marseille, co-supervision with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro). He coordinated the French Book Office at the French Embassy in Brazil, on a national and international mission. She has a master's degree in Comparative Literature and a degree in Modern French Literature, with the Specialization "Book Professions" (Publishing, bookstore, library) at Université Aix-Marseille (France), and exchange at the Classical University of Lisbon (ERASMUS scholarship holder). He has published in the magazines Cadernos da translation, Translationes, Belas Infieis, Atelier de traduction, and in the books TRADUIRE L'AUTRE, LE MÊME ET LE SOI (Presses Universitaires de Provence), O WORK OF TRANSLATION (Ed. Back cover), RETRADUIRE EN LITTÉRATURE DE JEUNESSE (Ed. Peter Lang), LA POÉSIE DU BRÉSIL (Ed.Chandeigne) and LE BESTIAIRE FANTASTIQUE DES VOYAGEURS (Arthaud) and TRADUCTION ET LITTÉRATURES MIGRANTES (Presses Universitaires de Provence), HISTOIRE DES TRADUCTIONS EN LANGUE FRANÇAISE - 20e s. (Ed. Verdier), among others. Member of the Association des Traducteurs Littéraires de France (ATLF) and ABRAPT (Brazilian Association of Translation Researchers), he coordinates the "Projectiles" collection of short fiction at the French publisher Passages.

Rick Rodrigues

"Cria" in CB, the Crubixá neighborhood, in João Neiva (ES), Rick Rodrigues (1988) is a visual artist and has a master's degree in arts from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. She works with series of drawings, engravings, embroidery, objects and installations. Rick is also part of the Almofadinhas Collective, formed by three artists who use embroidery to create their works, emphasizing memory, gender, affectivity and sexuality. The artist has presented 11 solo exhibitions, participated in more than 50 group exhibitions, teaches drawing and experimental embroidery workshops and frequently experiences artistic residencies.

Maria Vragova is a translator, cultural producer and curator. Graduated in Portuguese Language and Literature from the State University of Saint Petersburg in 2004, Maria Vragova has been developing several translation projects since then. Among the main written translation works, we can highlight the first translation into Russian of the novel “A terra somnâmbula”, by Mia Couto (2024), the first translation into Portuguese of the novel “Tchevengur”, by Andrei Platônov (2022), the translation of “Memórias de subsolo”, by FM Dostoiévski (2021), translation of the book “The Soviet Poster” by V.Ivanov, a commission from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2011); first translation into Portuguese of the children's book “Tarakã, the bigodudo”, by Kornei Tchukovski (2016); translation of several novels and short stories for the book “The Women’s Revolution”, v. 2: Memories, poems, letters, novels (2016-2017). Maria also translated the script for the film “Mikhail Tal”, as well as translating the films presented at the Russian cinema exhibition “Between Two Eras”, the Russian Animation Exhibition and the “Women in Eastern European Cinema” Exhibition.
